Women's Swimming Lessons

Triathlon/Open Water

  • Our Triathlon classes are available all year round where you can practise and improve some specific drills in addition to keeping yourself fit during the off season. It is a group session suitable for a Triathletes, Open water swimmers or Masters Club swimmers to improve your stroke, endurance and technique. Swimming is the best cardio workout so it will help you to improve your general fitness and health.
