Gymnastics Classes Offered

Once the students learns the basics of Table Tennis, he undergoes comprehensive coaching by some of our advanced coaches to learn better techniques. There is greater focus on stroke play, footwork, coordination, fair play, and positive attitude and behavior. Students are also trained for local level or promotional tournaments.
A toddler is introduced to gymnastics through Sarita Sagar Sankul Toddler Gymnastics Program
The curriculum gives youngsters an enjoyable method to learn the fundamentals of gymnastics with an emphasis on flexibility, body forms, and body conditioning.
This is a wonderful chance for you and your child to experience the world of active activities including walking, crawling, leaping, rolling, hopping, climbing, and swinging. It is a terrific exercise to get in shape and enjoy while getting ready for school.
It's a wonderful approach to strengthen your relationship with your children and make studying enjoyable for them.
The training enhances strength, agility, coordination, flexibility, balance, and many other skills.

Now that they have learned about the physical preparation and body positioning required to accomplish different floor routines, your gymnast needs to have a basic understanding of gymnastics.
Every gymnast receives an introduction to progressive gymnastics at this level, with a focus on girls' balance beam, uneven bars, vault, and tumbling. Boys' fusion of Parallel Bars, High Bar, Vault, Floor, Pommel Horse, and Rings events.
At this stage, fundamental techniques including handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers are being taught.
